How do I pair my smartwatch and smartphone?

Power on your smartwatch (press and hold the side power button for 5 seconds), then open the ARMITRON CONNECT APP. Tap the watch icon located on the bottom bar to start pairing. Select “Add Device” and choose your smartwatch. Ensure that the pairing code displayed on the app matches the one on your smartwatch screen. Pairing will synchronize the time and date on your watch.

Note: Activate Bluetooth on your phone, and only pair your watch using the mobile app.

How do I charge my smartwatch?

Align the gold pins on the charging cable with the gold contacts on the back of the smartwatch; they’ll magnetically connect. If there’s resistance, just flip the cable around. Then, plug the charging cable into a UL-certified wall charger or a computer USB port. Once connected, the smartwatch screen will display “charging.”

How long does it take for the smartwatch to be fully charged?

Charging typically takes up to 2 hours to reach full capacity. Remember, it’s best not to overcharge your smartwatch.

How do I check the battery percentage of my smartwatch?

Swipe down from the main watch face on the smartwatch. Alternatively, you can view it on the main page of the ARMITRON CONNECT APP.

How do I set the date and time on the smartwatch? 

When you connect your smartwatch to the ARMITRON CONNECT APP, turn on, and connect to Bluetooth, the date and time will automatically sync. This will also synchronize your data. 

How do I reset my smartwatch?

On the ARMITRON CONNECT APP, navigate to the “Others” section and select “Reset.” To reset your smartwatch, go to “Settings,” then “System,” and choose “Reset.”

Why isn’t my smartwatch receiving notifications?

Make sure the notifications for the desired app are enabled in the ARMITRON CONNECT APP. If they are, and you’re still missing out, check your phone’s settings and ensure notifications are switched on. If the issue persists, try resetting both your phone and smartwatch.

Is my smartwatch waterproof?

While your smartwatch can handle daily splashes, it’s not resistant to steam, warm, or hot water. To prevent potential damage, it’s best to avoid wearing it while swimming.

Why does the smartwatch not display the weather?

Ensure the “Weather” option is activated in the ARMITRON CONNECT APP under the “Others” section. When connected to Bluetooth, your smartwatch will automatically sync and display weather information for your location. To change locations, enter a new city under the weather section in the app. 

Why does the smartwatch not count steps?

Make sure your smartwatch is awake and worn during activity. Step counting adapts to individual behavior over time for improved accuracy.

How do I monitor sleep?

The smartwatch monitors sleep by detecting changes in body movement. For accurate results, ensure it meets unique monitoring conditions.

Why is there no sleep data when I wear my smartwatch while sleeping?

Sleep tracking may not record if your body moves too frequently or is outside the designated time frame (10 pm to 8 am).

Why does the smartwatch not light up when I turn my wrist?

On your smartwatch, go to “Settings,” select “Display,” and turn on “Wrist Raise.” In the ARMITRON CONNECT APP, click the “Others” section and enable the “Quick View” option. Note that certain modes, such as power-saving and do-not-disturb, may affect this feature.

Why does my smartwatch turn off after a few seconds?

Adjust the display duration in the smartwatch settings under “Screen on Duration” to fit your preferences.
